Our Story
After many years going to food exhibitions, meeting thousands of exhibitors and sampling hundreds of goods Big Mama felt they had something unique to offer the British food market.
Knowing that we have a secret recipe for Traditional African Sausages dated back 300 years originating from the Ashanti Royal Family, Big Mama Food felt excited to share such a unique tasting
product with the rest of the world!!
With a combined experience of over fifty years and 3 generations, we wanted to make sure that we perfected our recipes so that when consumers taste our products it’s a tantalizing experience.
